Yeah around here people were saying the opposite in public and then come poll time, they all voted for Hillary and then came out & said they “just couldn’t” vote for Obama. Which is worse: acknowledging racism or hiding it?

Remind me to rant at you about how my friend who was born/ raised in Cali but has a AL husband and has “gone Southern” (aka, become much more conservative) has said some pretty not-cool thing. Ya know, someday when we’re drunk and need to rant about something…

Sorry to hear about Mollybird’s diaper rash. Jack used to get some horrible stuff. The thing that helped the most was Triple Paste. It is ridiculously expensive given that you are smearing it on a child’s butt, but it really, really works.

I did buy her a blender and ‘rita mix. Am very, very pleased with myself.

As for my prezzie, I got some adorable clunky mary janes, two small matched black painted picture frames, a cute lamp, and two long hippie skirts. Squee! And, as promised to Bu, I’m getting rid of two corresponding items for each- 2 pair of shoes, 2 lamps, etc Excellent purge motivation! Only ten dollars!
